The programme for our 48th exhibition will be as follows:

DELIVERY OF EXHIBITS

Wednesday 18th June 3.00 pm – 7.00pm

OPEN TO THE  PUBLIC

Friday 20th June 10.30 am – 8.00 pm
Saturday 21st June 10.30 am – 6.00 pm
Sunday 22nd June 11.00 am – 4.00 pm

As previous successful years, we will be staying open until 8pm on Friday evening. Between 6.00pm and 8.00pm, there will be complimentary drinks available to which all exhibitors and their family and friends are invited. (Last year there was a great party atmosphere with music from Debenham’s “Open Mic” group.)

We are finding social media has been a great way to promote the exhibition, and to help showcase Exhibitors profiles and work. If you have any images of your work that we can re share or post, please tag us using @stmarysartexhibition or use the #stmarysartexhibition

There are an number of changes to our Information for Exhibitors document so please read this carefully, One major change is a limit of 5 exhibits per artist. We continue to encourage young, school age artists to exhibit but all entries will use the same form this year
